Working Together

How do I get started?

The easiest way to get started is by choosing the service that best suits your needs. If you're unsure where to begin, I usually recommend starting with a Mini Nutrition Audit. It provides personalised calorie and macro targets, identifies key areas for improvement, and gives you practical recommendations without a large commitment. If you'd like more support, a Full Wellness Audit, personalised meal plan or consultation may be more suitable.

What happens after I purchase a service?

After payment is received, you'll be sent a questionnaire to complete. The more information you provide, the more personalised your recommendations will be. Once your questionnaire is returned, I'll begin creating your service and deliver it within the stated timeframe.

How long will my service take?

Most services are completed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving all required information. Larger services such as 4-week meal plans or comprehensive audits may occasionally take slightly longer during busy periods, but you'll always be kept informed.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this stage, services are generally paid upfront before work begins. If special arrangements are available, they will be discussed individually.

Nutrition Questions

Do I need to cut out carbs?

Absolutely not. Carbohydrates are one of the body's primary energy sources and can absolutely be included as part of a healthy diet. Foods like fruit, oats, rice, potatoes, pasta and bread can all fit within a balanced eating pattern. The goal is not to eliminate foods but to build meals that are satisfying, nourishing and sustainable.

Can I still eat chocolate and lose weight?

Yes. One of the biggest misconceptions about nutrition is that you need to completely eliminate foods you enjoy. Sustainable nutrition allows room for all foods. In fact, constantly restricting favourite foods often makes them feel even more tempting and can contribute to overeating later. Healthy eating should include flexibility, not perfection.

Do I have to count calories?

Not necessarily. Some clients enjoy tracking because it provides structure and awareness. Others find it stressful or overwhelming. My role is to help you find an approach that suits your personality, lifestyle and goals. Many women achieve great results without tracking every bite of food.

What is food freedom?

Food freedom means being able to enjoy food without guilt, fear or constant anxiety. It doesn't mean eating whatever you want all day, every day. It means understanding that no single food determines your health, and that all foods can fit within a balanced lifestyle. Food freedom allows you to make choices from a place of confidence rather than restriction.

What if I've tried every diet?

You're probably exactly the type of person I work with most often. Many of my clients arrive after years, sometimes decades, of dieting. They aren't lacking motivation. They're exhausted from constantly starting over. My approach focuses on helping you create habits that can realistically be maintained long-term rather than relying on temporary dieting strategies.

Meal Plans

Are your meal plans personalised?

Yes. Every meal plan is created based on your individual questionnaire, goals, food preferences, dislikes, lifestyle and requirements. I don't use generic templates. The goal is to create something you can actually follow and enjoy.

Can meal plans include family-friendly meals?

Absolutely. Many clients have partners and children, so family-friendly options can be incorporated wherever possible. The aim is to make healthy eating easier, not create extra work.

What if I'm a picky eater?

That's completely fine. One of the reasons I ask detailed questions before creating meal plans is so I can avoid foods you dislike. The best meal plan in the world won't work if you hate eating it.

Can meal plans accommodate allergies and intolerances?

Yes. Food allergies, intolerances, cultural preferences and dietary requirements can all be considered during the planning process. Please provide as much detail as possible when completing your questionnaire.

Will I have to cook complicated recipes?

No. Most clients specifically request simple, practical meals. Recipes are designed to be realistic for busy women and families.

Mini Nutrition Audit

What is included in a Mini Nutrition Audit?

The Mini Nutrition Audit includes personalised calorie targets, personalised macro targets, a review of current eating habits, identification of key barriers, personalised recommendations, an example day of eating and a written report. It is designed to provide clarity and direction without feeling overwhelming.

Who is the Mini Nutrition Audit best suited for?

Women who feel stuck, need a starting point, want professional guidance, are unsure what to focus on, or want affordable nutrition support. It is often the perfect first step.

Full Wellness Audit

How is the Full Wellness Audit different?

The Full Wellness Audit goes much deeper. It examines your nutrition, lifestyle, habits, health history, barriers and goals in detail. You'll receive a comprehensive personalised report with evidence-based explanations and recommendations designed specifically for you.

Who should choose a Full Wellness Audit?

Women who want a deeper understanding of what's holding them back and a comprehensive roadmap moving forward.

Consultations

Are consultations online?

Yes. Consultations are conducted online, allowing women from anywhere in Australia to access support.

What can I discuss during a consultation?

Anything related to nutrition, including weight management, emotional eating, meal planning, food relationship challenges, healthy habits, goal setting, calories and macros, and women's wellness.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. However, having a general idea of your goals and challenges can help us make the most of our time together.

Resources

Are resources physical or digital?

All resources are digital. You'll be able to access them immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Can I buy resources without becoming a client?

Absolutely. Resources can be purchased independently and are designed to provide practical support at an affordable price point.

Which resource should I start with?

For most women, I recommend either the Sustainable Weight Loss Blueprint, the Everyday Food Freedom Guide or the Emotional Eating SOS Plan. These address some of the most common challenges women face.

The Wellness Nutrition Co

What makes your approach different?

I don't believe women need another restrictive diet. I believe they need realistic support that works in the real world. My philosophy is built around sustainability, food freedom, evidence-based nutrition, practical strategies and real-life application. I focus on helping women create habits they can maintain rather than relying on short-term solutions.

Do you only work with women?

While my services can support anyone, my primary focus is helping women navigate nutrition through the various seasons of womanhood.

Do you guarantee weight loss?

No ethical nutrition professional can guarantee results. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, consistency, health conditions, lifestyle factors and many other variables. What I can guarantee is that you'll receive personalised, evidence-based support designed to help you move in the right direction.
