Qualified Nutritionist, Accredited Weight Loss Coach, anti-diet advocate, and founder of The Wellness Nutrition Co. I help women create sustainable habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel healthier without restrictive dieting.
Work With MeMy story
My journey started long before I became a nutritionist. For much of my life, I believed the same things many women are taught to believe. That if I just tried harder, had more willpower, or followed the right diet, everything would finally fall into place.
Like so many women, I spent years chasing weight loss. I thought happiness, confidence and self-worth were waiting for me at a certain number on the scale. Eventually, I lost more than 120 kilograms. And while that achievement changed many things, it also taught me one of the most important lessons of my life. Weight loss alone doesn't automatically create happiness.
The biggest transformation wasn't physical. It was learning how to repair my relationship with food. That food isn't something to fear. That healthy eating doesn't have to mean perfection. That one meal, one weekend or one difficult day doesn't undo all your progress.
The women I work with often tell me they're exhausted from constantly starting over. I understand that feeling deeply. That's exactly why I created The Wellness Nutrition Co. Because women deserve support that helps them build something sustainable, not something they have to survive.
Why I do this work
Nutrition is about so much more than weight. Most women don't come to me because they simply want a meal plan. They come to me because they're tired. Tired of thinking about food all day. Tired of feeling guilty every time they eat something enjoyable. Tired of starting another diet every Monday. Tired of wondering why nothing seems to stick.
My passion is helping women break free from that cycle. You don't need a cupboard full of supplements. You don't need expensive meal replacement shakes. You don't need to cut out every food you enjoy. You need practical strategies that fit your actual life. That's what I focus on every day.
My approach
Sustainable nutrition always wins. Everything I do is built around five core principles.
Real Food
Nutrition should include foods you genuinely enjoy. There is room for chocolate, takeaway and birthday cake. Healthy eating doesn't require perfection.
Food Freedom
Food should not control your life. My goal is to help women move away from guilt, fear and constant food rules and towards confidence and flexibility.
Sustainability Over Speed
Fast results often create short-term success and long-term frustration. I focus on habits you can maintain for years, not weeks.
Evidence-Based Nutrition
There is a lot of nutrition misinformation online. Women deserve advice backed by science, not trends.
Real Life Comes First
Your nutrition plan should fit around your family, work, budget, social life and responsibilities. Not the other way around.
